  • About CADILLAC Risk Score: The CADILLAC (Controlled Abciximab and Device Investigation to Lower Late Angioplasty Complications) Risk Score is a validated prognostic model developed to predict 30-day and 1-year mortality in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). It incorporates seven key post-PCI parameters: age >65 years, LVEF <40%, renal insufficiency, anemia, Killip class >2, final TIMI flow <3, and three-vessel disease. Patients with higher scores have significantly increased mortality risk and may require prolonged monitoring and intensive management post-procedure.
