Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC) Risk Calculator (ESC 2022): Explanation and Clinical Context This tool estimates the 5-year risk of ventricular arrhythmias in patients diagnosed with ARVC based on the ESC 2022 risk model (Cadrin-Tourigny J, et al., Eur Heart J. 2022;43:1664–1678).
The model incorporates age, sex, right ventricular dysfunction, history of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia, number of premature ventricular contractions, history of syncope, T wave inversion V1-V3, and familial sudden cardiac death.
It provides individualized risk prediction to guide clinical decision-making, especially regarding ICD implantation.
