    BCN Bio-HF Score is a biomarker-based risk model developed to predict long-term mortality in patients with chronic heart failure and reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF).
    It uses a combination of clinical variables and circulating biomarkers, including BNP/NT-proBNP and high-sensitivity troponin, to enhance risk stratification beyond traditional clinical scores.
