    The MIRACLE Score is a validated scoring system designed to predict the likelihood of a positive response to Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT) in patients with advanced heart failure.
    It incorporates clinical and echocardiographic variables including age, QRS duration, ischemic etiology, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), and NYHA functional class.
    The total score stratifies patients into high, intermediate, or low probability of CRT response, guiding clinicians in patient selection and management.
