CRT-N Response Probability Calculator
- CRT-N Response Probability: Explanation and Clinical Context
This nomogram predicts the likelihood of a positive response to Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT) in patients with chronic heart failure.
It incorporates three independent factors: Left Ventricular End-Systolic Volume (LVESV), Diffuse Myocardial Fibrosis, and Left Bundle Branch Block (LBBB).
Higher LVESV and myocardial fibrosis percentages, along with the presence of LBBB, are associated with a lower probability of CRT response.
The model has demonstrated high discrimination and calibration, with an Area Under the Curve (AUC) of 0.865, indicating strong predictive performance.
